Add2-nHi everyone
I got my hands on a second monitor for my workstation in the office. Since the machine has only one display output socket (VGA), i got a (very) old ADD2-N card with a DVI output socket. The card is manufactured by Dell, the chip is the Sil 1364a add2-n from Silicon Image (see attached image).
I have Mint16 64-bit installed.
I can't get the second display recognized . Silicon Image's support page claims that they don't make the drivers for the cards, and that Intel take care of that. As a result, I tried installing the latest Intel display drivers for my machine from here. Still nothing.
I would very much appreciate any and all help in getting the card to work.
Kind regards
