Here’s how to set up a search folder in Outlook 2016 in order to show any emails in ALL folders which are 25MB or larger. In the left hand sidebar where all your folders are displayed, scroll down until you see Search Folders and expand it. Right Click on Search Folders and choose New Search Folder. Open the Accounts dialog - select the Gmail account. If it has the Gmail logo, its a cloud account. If its IMAP, it will say so. The top screenshot is when it looks like if it's a cloud account. The bottom one is how to not set it up as a cloud account when you add a gmail account to outlook. Question: Q: TOO LARGE MAIL STUCK in OUTLOOK for Mac Office365 I sent a mail two day ago using my OUTLOOK for Mac Office365 and sent using gmail account. It WAS to big, I know now. Not Error: Outlook cannot send the message because the message size exceeds the maximum limit set on the server. Details: The message has been moved to the Drafts folder under On My Computer. Try reducing the message size by removing or resizing any large attachments, and then resend.
